We’re looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Breagha House, Retford.

As a LifePractitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with severelearning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives.

Your role will include;

• Support with day-to-dayliving and personal goals.
• Accompany individuals oncommunity activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
• Build positive, respectfulrelationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
• Work closely with colleaguesto safeguard and empower the people we support.

Pay & Progression

We offer clearprogression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skillsand increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: £12.60 Level 2: £13.10 Level 3: £13.60
