As a Driver Trainer with a C+E license, you'll have the important job of ensuring all our drivers are of the highest standard and that they represent the John Lewis Partnership brand professionally while out on-the-road in our 44t articulated lorries. It's a hugely rewarding role as you train, assess and test Partners (including apprentices) and agency drivers to pass our HGV programme, helping them to obtain their own license. You’ll also maintain their ongoing training and keep Partner training records for all Transport Partners.
Once you submit your application, the next steps, if successful, will include a two-stage in-person interview at our Bracknell site. The first stage interview will be conducted at night, while the second stage will occur during the day. Please note that the second interview will involve an instructional and driving assessment.
