Qualifications

• Experience of working with learners with SEND.
• A clear understanding of Safeguarding in Post 16 education settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative learning to meet learner's needs.
• Motivate and drive learners to achieve goals through creative teaching.
• Provide wellbeing and pastoral support to learners.

Skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Time management

IT Literate, Microsoft Office and Teams

Ability to work towards deadlines

Understanding of Safeguarding

Education

Good standard of general education including English and Maths at Grade C or above

AET (Level 3) or equivalent Teacher/Training qualification
