In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in supporting students with a variety of learning needs. You'll work alongside teachers to provide one-on-one or small group support, and empower students to reach their full potential.Here at the Laurus Trust we are able to provide a cutting-edge SEND provision that has a positive impact on our young people, and we are currently looking to recruit caring and dedicated individuals to join our SEND team. You will play a vital role in enhancing students progress whilst promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. A comprehensive offer of professional learning is in place and we ensure that all schools have designated work spaces for staff. A broad range of training in SEND is in place across all our schools focused on whole school SEND issues as well as specific training for SEND teams.If you would like to join our Laurus family in a rewarding role that changes the lives of our pupils by empowering them to become the best that they can then we would love to hear from you.This position is contracted on a **35 hours per week Term Time Only basis.** This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so.
