A local educational institution is seeking a Learning Support Assistant dedicated to fostering an excellent learning community. The role involves supervising pupils during specified periods and providing targeted support to meet individual learning needs. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and contribute to creating a positive educational environment. Hours: 30 hrs per week (FTE: 69.84%). Mon – Fri, 38 weeks per year (term time)

The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is one member of a team of professionals that will include teachers and other teaching assistants. The team works together to care for and educate the pupils in the school. The LSA makes a specific contribution to their specific subject area and / or curriculum contribution to the school teaching and learning programme.
The successful candidate will be part of a positive environment, with dedicated and supportive colleagues who strive for excellence.
