An educational organization in Walbottle is looking for a Learning Manager Assistant to support students in achieving their potential through data-driven interventions. Fixed Term until 31st August 2026
SCP 7 - 8 (£26,403.00 - £26,824.00 FTE, Pro Rata £24,524.00 - £24,915.00)
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Full Time (37 Hours, 41 Weeks, 48.299 paid weeks)

The post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

The role of learning manager assistant is an integral part of the pastoral care our students receive. You will be passionate about working directly with young people to support them to achieve their full potential in line with our vision "Outcomes focussed, child centred". You will support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment.
