Salary Range: £29,540 - £31,022 per annum

Work Location: Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service HQ, Eastleigh

Contract Type: Temporary (9 months)

Closing Date: 5 January 2026

Do you have an outstanding ability to work effectively with others and a sound focus on standards? Are you enthusiastic about learning, development, and training, with an illustrated record of organising and engaging with customers?

Do you have a resilient and positive aptitude for working in a dynamic environment, with your own workload as well as collaborating with team tasks?

If yes, then you would fit in exceptionally at the Learning and Development Department, at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service.

We are looking for a positive, forward thinking, and professional Support Team Coordinator, who can fulfil a pivotal role in contributing towards continuously improving the Learning and Development service we offer to our customers.

You will have exceptional organisational and PC (Microsoft 365) skills, and experience of allocating resources to tasks.

You will be self-motivated to do everything to the highest standards and have the proven ability to work with sometimes limited supervision and guidance, exercising initiative.

You will be exemplary at maintaining robust professional relationships with colleagues and customers alike to achieve support delivery of our training programmes for the department.

Ideally your experience will have been gained in a resource, business administration, learning & development, teaching or training environment. Working in a large compliance-based organisation, with a wide variety of customers with differing needs and priorities.
