Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead Tarmac Supervisor.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a skilled surfacing team.
• Full UK driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of tarmac surfacing works across various projects.
• Lead and supervise all tarmac surfacing operations on site.
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
