• Senior Band 5 with 3 or more years of experience as a coordinator seeking career progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and manage patient flow on the ward.
• Coordinate care as a Nurse in Charge or Shift Leader, demonstrating competencies in ward management.
• Lead initiatives in teaching, audits and staff appraisals.
