Competitive salary of £28,000–£30,000 pro rata is offered, along with clear progression opportunities within a supportive team environment.

VSM is a growing engineering solutions company supporting food and beverage manufacturers and processors across the island of Ireland and the UK. We specialise in the supply, installation and commissioning of packaging and processing machinery, alongside condition monitoring, mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance support, and improvement projects.
Our customers operate in demanding environments including food, pharma, renewables and industrial manufacturing, where reliability, compliance and efficiency are critical.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Lead Generation Specialist to support our commercial activity across machinery projects and ongoing engineering and condition monitoring services.
This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week focused on identifying, engaging and qualifying new business opportunities for VSM. You will help generate interest in VSM’s machinery supply and installation projects, condition monitoring services, and wider engineering capabilities.
You will act as the first point of contact for new organisations, building early relationships and ensuring opportunities are well qualified before being progressed internally.
This role offers a clear progression path for the right candidate. As experience and industry understanding develop, there will be opportunities to progress into an Account Management role, supporting customers through machinery projects, condition monitoring programmes and long‑term engineering partnerships.
VSM is committed to developing its people and supporting career progression within the business.
