Overview

This exciting new opportunity is part of Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions (SGES) which is the new business unit for Kilwaughter and Weber. As a Lead Generation Executive, your primary responsibility is to identify and qualify new business opportunities to support the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying potential clients, making outbound calls and emails, and keeping leads engaged across different channels. Promoting and generating leads for our K Rend and K Lime brands through day-to-day management of the territory and customer relationships. Working within our team, you will be partnered with a field‑based Area Sales Manager to focus on a dedicated region in the UK or Ireland.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential on entry

  • GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in sales
  • A track record of outbound sales calls to generate new business to meet KPIs.
  • Computer literate with all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Essential in role

  • Generating new sales leads through both inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Working with your Area Sales Manager and Housebuilder, you will have a robust sales plan to support achieving sales activities and regional targets.
  • Arranging CPD presentations with architects for the Area Sales Manager to deliver and raise awareness of our K Rend and K Lime brands.
  • Maintaining and growing our network of recommended installers, supporting their technical queries and commercial needs.
  • Maintaining collaborative working practices, developing good rapport and effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promoting and selling the benefits of our K Rend and K Lime brands to a range of stakeholders including clients, architects, main contractors, local authorities, housing associations, etc.
