Qualifications

• Hold QTS, EYTS, or EYPS qualification.
• Extensive experience in an early years setting (ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher).
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
• Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for key children.
