• Proven enterprise expertise in a people-side-of-change standard, preferably PROSCI-ADKAR.
• Depth in sponsorship and manager enablement for change.
• Fluency in capability-maturity and role-based skill frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Embed CRUK’s chosen change framework by creating clear guidance.
• Advise programme and project teams to integrate people-side activities.
• Build and support a change community through clinics and peer reviews.
