Hazel Garth is a Dementia Care Home based in Knottingley. At Hazel Garth we support vulnerable adults who have a diagnosis of Dementia and provide high levels of care to ensure that our residents have the best quality of life in their later years. The home is looking for a team member who understands how important fresh clothes are to the well-being of our residents and how their clothing is an important part of their identity.

We are looking for a 20-hour dedicated and enthusiastic Laundry Assistant to join our friendly team at Hazel Garth Care Home. As a laundry assistant you will provide an excellent cleaning, drying, ironing and return service for our residents.

With a starting salary of £12.45-£12.65 per hour, enhancements for weekend and bank holiday working, plus overtime opportunities and 25 days holiday why wouldn’t you want to choose a career in care?
