Laboratory support worker ( early morning shift)

I am currently recruiting for a laboratory support staff for a water testing laboratory based in Livingston Please note the working hours are Tuesday to Saturday 5am-1.00PM This is a temporary role

Key responsibilities

• Receipt and registration of samples
• Preparing samples
• Analysing water samples
• LIMS coding and logging, ensuring the system and sample logs are up-to-date
• Flexibility to do admin and aid in the laboratory when needed
• To carry out all activities in accordance standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in working within warehouse, production or similar busy environment - full training would be provided
• Science graduates are welcome to apply but please note that this role will be within sample reception team with occasional tasks in laboratory analysis department
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent attention to detail
• Candidates must have full eligibility to work in UK without restrictions
