Premier Inn is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member to join its Inverness Centre (Riverness) hotel, offering a permanent role with guaranteed hours, structured shifts, and the backing of one of the UK’s largest and most stable hospitality employers.

No previous kitchen or chef experience is required, as full training and ongoing support are provided from day one.
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will support the preparation, cooking, and service of meals for Premier Inn guests, helping ensure every stay starts and ends with a good food experience.
You will work with clear systems, modern equipment, and well-established processes designed to make the job straightforward and well supported.
You will be part of a close knit kitchen team, following food safety and hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean and organised, and supporting colleagues during busy service periods.
Shifts are planned in advance and include evenings and weekends as part of a 30 hour working week.
