Responsibilities

  • Meeting customers in-store to understand their requirements.
  • Taking accurate measurements and creating bespoke kitchen designs.
  • Using CAD software to produce high-quality fitted kitchen and bedroom layouts.
  • Advising on style, finishes, product choices, and practical solutions.
  • Preparing quotes and processing orders using supplier portals.
  • Managing the full customer journey—from first enquiry through to installation.
  • Coordinating with fitters to ensure seamless project completion.
  • Converting enquiries into sales and meeting performance targets.
  • Collaborating with the design team and reporting to senior managers.

Skills
