🔐 Keyholding and Response Manager | TMS Protection – Full Time 🔐

Are you an experienced security management professional passionate about leading teams to deliver outstanding service and protection? TMS Protection is seeking a Keyholding and Response Manager to join our team and play a critical role in delivering on TMS Protection's brand promises.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to senior management, you will lead both the Keyholding and Control Room teams, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional client service standards across all hours of demand. As the keyholding sector peaks in evenings and weekends, flexible scheduling will be essential to manage your teams effectively and maintain a high level of responsiveness and reliability.

Location:

This role will be based at our Maidstone and Bethnal Green offices, with responsibilities requiring travel between sites and to client locations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Keyholding and Control Room teams, fostering a culture aligned with TMS’s values.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to meet fluctuating demand, especially during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Oversee operational compliance, incident management, and ongoing team training to ensure TMS’s proactive service promise is consistently met.
  • Coordinate local travel responsibilities, utilising company vehicles to support daily operational duties safely and efficiently.
  • Manage national and international customers, supporting business growth and client needs internationally.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven and referenceable experience in a Keyholding and Response managerial role within the security industry. Applications without verifiable experience will not progress through screening.
  • Valid full UK manual driving licence, with a clean driving record, to operate company vehicles safely.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake national and international travel as business needs dictate.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire, train, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Adaptability and commitment to working adhoc hours to suit the operational demands of the business.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive problem solving approach aligned with TMS’s customer centric ethos.
