Join Nuffield Health as a Key Client Director, where you’ll manage relationships with our most valued corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities of our Key Client Director:
  • Lead Strategy and develop and deliver sector-specific client and sales strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

  • Drive Performance, monitor and control client budgets, ensuring spend aligns with agreed variances.

  • Grow Revenue by protecting, developing, and growing annual revenue for your assigned portfolio.

  • Build Relationships and engage with key internal and external stakeholders to create conditions for long‑term growth.

  • Expand Opportunities through retaining existing business, identifying cross‑sell opportunities, and securing new profitable revenues.

  • Influence the Market and network with sector stakeholders to promote Nuffield Health products and services.

  • Champion Innovation by keeping clients informed about Nuffield Health’s leadership, strategy, and innovations.

  • Shape Solutions and define market requirements to influence product development and pricing.

  • Collaborate with Partners to deliver complete customer solutions.

  • Win Business and contribute to competitive tenders and negotiations.

  • Promote Services and drive referrals into other Nuffield Health services, including Fitness, Secondary Care, and charitable activities.

To be successful as Key Client Director you will:
  • Proven experience as a proactive B2B sales professional (both hunting and farming).

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills.

  • Credible presence with advanced negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Commercial awareness with solid P&L understanding.

  • Collaborative approach with a focus on outcomes.

  • A solid understanding of the healthcare environment and in depth understanding of Business Development.

Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
