Key Accounts Manager – South East (Dexeco)

Dexeco Limited offers a versatile energy‑efficient product range using the latest LED technologies to create unique and bespoke lighting solutions. With a wide variety of existing clients across the UK we seek an outgoing, enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Promote the purchase of Dexeco products and create demand among end users, developers, builders, consultants and electrical contractors.
  • Help maintain and grow existing relationships using lighting knowledge and understanding of client lighting requirements to maximise turnover.
  • Act as first point of contact for a selection of allocated accounts, visiting sites to problem‑solve, oversee trial installations, carry out lighting designs and undertake site surveys. This includes travel throughout the UK.
  • Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company.
  • Follow the requirements of the Company’s ISO Procedure.
  • Follow the Company’s Health and Safety Policy, work instructions and safe systems of work.
Post Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Lighting knowledge, preferably in Dexeco’s targeted market sectors.
  • Understanding of lighting schemes and controls.
  • Ability to manage a project from conception to conclusion.
  • Ability to sell at all levels.
  • Good attitude and ability to self‑motivate.
  • Hours: Core hours 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, but to meet the requirements of the position
