What You Will Do:
  • Identify and manage all sales activities for medical technology products and equipment within the UK and Ireland.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring optimal support and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, analysing market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during the contract negotiation process, preparing and following up on proposals.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events, enhancing market presence and showcasing expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality control processes are adhered to during proposal development.
What You Will Bring:
  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage the contract process effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Ireland, with occasional trips to Germany.
