London - Hybrid

ClearAccept, part of the ClearCourse group, is looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Executive / Sales Administrator to support our busy sales function and play a key role in delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for our customers.

You’ll act as the link between our sales team, internal operations, risk, onboarding, and our clients - helping drive revenue, support key stages of the sales cycle, and ensuring each customer is onboarded quickly, accurately, and professionally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop within a high-growth payments and SaaS environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the sales team by chasing required documents, completing administration, and ensuring opportunities move quickly through the pipeline.
  • Managing MVSI updates, entity changes, and bank detail amendments.
  • Conducting pricing reviews and helping create contracts for prospective customers.
  • Handling post–sales pitch processes: generating contracts, chasing documentation, and liaising with the risk and operations teams until onboarding is complete.
  • Maintaining clean, accurate CRM records and ensuring all activity is logged correctly.
  • Responding to customer queries via email and phone, guiding them through onboarding, applications, and KYC/compliance checks.
  • Assisting with merchant onboarding, coordinating form submissions, and ensuring smooth go-live timelines.
  • Working closely with risk, customer support, onboarding, and acquirer partners to keep everything moving efficiently.
  • Reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Helping produce reviews and analysis of the sales funnel for leadership.
  • Building a strong working knowledge of ClearAccept products and services to confidently support both clients and the wider sales team.

Desired (nice to have):

  • Experience in IT, SaaS, software, or payments.
  • Degree-level education.
  • Previous exposure to the payments industry.

Required behaviours & attributes:

  • Self-motivated with a real desire to make an impact.
