As a Junior Heating Engineer with Rendesco Home Energy, you will assist with surveying, installing, commissioning and maintaining heat pump systems at residential properties. With the support and guidance of an experienced Home Energy Heating Engineer, you will gain broad and comprehensive experience in delivering heat pumps to homeowners, including assessing the suitability of a home for a heat pump, quoting and designing a system, and plumbing and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations to become a well‑rounded heating engineer.

While experience installing heat pumps is a plus, we are more interested in someone that believes in our vision, has an innovative approach, likes solving problems, and wants to grow their career in a company that does things differently.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, Heating or Refrigeration or Similar (required).
