Job summary

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Junior OneStream System Administrator to support Finance stakeholders and enhance OneStream functionality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OneStream, basic SQL, and communication skills to liaise effectively with users. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting OneStream, preferably Quick View knowledge.
• Familiarity with EPMWare, Oracle EBS, or similar EPM tools.
• Basic SQL/SSIS expertise is required.

We’re partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to hire a Junior OneStream System Administrator to join their growing OneStream Technology Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting global Finance stakeholders, ensuring smooth month‑end operations, and helping deliver enhancements and new functionality across the OneStream platform.

The Role

• Provide day‑to‑day support to Finance users across global teams
• Support month‑end, half‑year, and year‑end financial close activities in OneStream
• Assist with budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
• Develop cube views, dashboards, and MI reports to support decision‑making
• Maintain user security, transformation rules, and the global chart of accounts
• Collaborate with Finance and IT colleagues to resolve issues and implement improvements
• Document processes and support user training where required
• Ensure high‑quality delivery in line with best practice and internal standards

About You

• Experienced with OneStream, including report development and user support
• Comfortable liaising with analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs
• A strong communicator who can explain technical matters clearly to non‑technical users
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑moving environment
• Able to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team

Your Background

• Hands‑on experience supporting OneStream (Quick View knowledge preferred)
• Familiarity with EPMWare, Oracle EBS, or other EPM tools
• Basic SQL/SSIS and MS Office expertise
• Exposure to version control (Git) and backlog management tools (JIRA)
• Strong documentation and problem‑solving skills
