About us

HMDG is a specialist healthcare marketing agency. We’re a friendly, down-to-earth team where culture really is everything. We work hard, have fun, and strongly believe in a healthy work-life balance.

Work should be something you enjoy — if you’re dreading Mondays, then we’ve done something wrong! We offer fully flexible working, so you don’t need to use holiday time just to attend a doctor’s appointment, MOT, or your child’s sports day.

About you

We’re looking for someone who can slot into the team, deliver results quickly, and fit into a culture built on fun, honesty, and hard work.

This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organised, confident with client communication, and open to a new challenge in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also be happy working remotely and collaborating with a team spread across the UK.

Attitude is everything: positivity and teamwork are a must. If you’re curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow your career, you’ll fit right in.

Meet our team here:

Responsibilities

Working directly with our Senior Project Manager and website developers, you’ll support the smooth delivery of client website projects by assisting with:

  • Project Management: Helping oversee the end-to-end process of designing, building, and launching clinic websites.
  • Creative Input: Sharing ideas with the design team to ensure websites are both visually appealing and aligned with client strategy.
  • Organisation: Keeping all project details, documents, and timelines organised and accessible.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with designers, developers, and content creators to keep projects moving.
  • Client Liaison: Being the friendly, reliable contact for our clinic clients — managing expectations and keeping them updated.
  • Timeline & Budget: Supporting project delivery to ensure deadlines are met without cutting corners.
  • Problem Solving: Tackling challenges and finding creative solutions when needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring every website is polished and ready before launch.
  • Continuous Improvement: Helping us refine our process to make it better, faster, and more enjoyable for everyone.

Requirements

  • Must be UK based
  • Ideally 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience is a plus)
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented — this role involves lots of moving parts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A great sense of humour — if you’re very straight-laced, this isn’t the company for you
  • A true team player who helps others succeed
  • Familiarity with Asana and any WordPress editor would be advantageous
  • Unlimited holiday
  • Fully remote working — no office required
  • Birthday present
  • Private medical care (physical and mental health)
  • Trips and holidays away with the team (our last trip was a week in Ibiza!)

Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience
