The Devon Hotel is seeking a motivated and hospitality-focused Junior Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for an individual who can balance high-level customer service with the operational demands of a busy hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Maintaining our reputation for excellence by upholding strict service standards and cleanliness.
  • Resource Management: Monitoring stock levels and taking ownership of departmental tasks.
