Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs to doors, windows, and other wooden fixtures.
  • Repair or replace damaged furniture.
  • Address issues with wooden flooring.
  • Maintain and repair wooden structures.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve joinery-related problems.
  • Keep in line with H&S procedures.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an experienced Joiner to join the team located in Newcastle!

The Role
  • Carry out repairs to doors, windows, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and other wooden fixtures.
  • Repair or replace damaged furniture, including desks, chairs, and cabinets.
  • Address issues with wooden flooring, including repairs, patching, and minor installations.
  • Maintain and repair wooden structures, such as fences, gates, and decking.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve joinery-related problems.
  • Keep in line with H&S procedures.
Working Hours
  • 7am - 3pm & 9am - 6pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available!
Experience Required
  • Experience of working in a high profile work environment
  • A good attitude & willingness to learn is essential
  • PC literate
  • Good customer relationship skills
