About The Role

ProCam is seeking an Agronomy Services Manager to lead the expansion and delivery of innovative agronomy services. The successful candidate will focus on digital, precision, soil, and crop nutrition solutions, helping farmers optimize land use through data, insights, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of ProCam’s agronomic services, including precision planning, soil and tissue testing, digital field monitoring, and tailored crop nutrition plans.
• Oversee the development and deployment of FieldSense, ProCam’s precision platform.
• Manage the development of SoilSense, a soil analysis and health service.
• Innovate new services supporting agronomists and customers, such as decision-support tools, benchmarking reports, and sustainability planning.
• Pilot new concepts in the field and scale successful initiatives.
• Analyze data from various sources to inform business and agronomy decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports to improve operational efficiency.
