Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and occasional on-site IT support to business clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Configure and support Windows devices, servers, and peripherals
  • Assist with networking equipment including switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based services
  • Carry out system maintenance and preventative support tasks
Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar IT support role (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with TCP/IP networking, routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure experience
  • Active Directory / Azure AD administration and Group Policy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • UK Driving License is required
