Job summary

A major construction company in Greater London seeks an IT Service & Support Administrator. This non-technical role involves a variety of administrative tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the IT team. Responsibilities include stock control, asset management, checking invoices, and assisting with projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, proficiency in MS Office/Excel, and good English skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Appreciation of IT equipment and language.
  • Good English is mandatory, German knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Stock control and ordering IT Kits for Head Office and Projects.
  • Maintaining assets in the Asset Management System.
  • Responsible for the removal of retired equipment.
  • Checking invoices and deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Ensuring equipment for new starters is prepared in time.
  • Returning leaver equipment in a timely manner.
  • Generating reports and preparing executive summaries.
  • Assisting with various small and medium projects.

Skills

MS Office/Excel proficiency
Good planning skills
Numeracy skills
Basic understanding of IT equipment

Knowledge of German (preferred)
