Qualifications

• Experience of supporting delivering change to IT Services.
• Service Management experience or knowledge working with outsourced service providers.
• Good Stakeholder Management, Communication & Presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Change Team with the management of IT changes.
• Conduct Demand and Capacity reviews to ensure appropriate resources are assigned.
• Facilitate delivery of service change mitigation plans.
• Support delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Create communication plans for stakeholders and end users.
• Deliver management reporting on progress and goals.
