Responsibilities
- Define and maintain project initiation documents, charters, and business cases.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and Gantt charts.
- Run requirements gathering workshops and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into specifications for suppliers, developers, or integrators.
- Oversee UAT, testing, training, and go‑live readiness.
- Ensure smooth handover to service and operations teams, including BAU documentation.
- Track benefits realization post‑implementation and provide reporting to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end project management for IT transformation projects.
- Experience in the Hospitality sector.
- Proficient in planning and documenting PIDs, business cases, RAID logs, and project plans.
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and vendor specifications.
- Experience in managing vendors, RFIs/RFPs, and supplier selection processes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 environments.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or other recognized project methodologies.
- Supplier and contract management experience.
- Formal project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Ability to move fast and deliver change at pace with energy and enthusiasm.
- Organized and structured planner with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Influential and persuasive with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative and team‑focused, building trust across the organization.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and resilient under pressure.
