Role

The IT Service & Support Administrator will be responsible for all non-technical administration tasks for the IT team. The candidate will be a key part of the day to day organisation to ensure that the department runs smoothly. Responsibilities will range from general administration tasks to engaging with customers and assisting with projects.

This is a non-technical role; however the successful candidate will have a basic understanding of IT equipment and language.

Responsibilities
  • Stock control and ordering IT Kits for Head Office and Projects - Ensure stockroom has the required amount of stock and order replacement stock as needed.
  • Maintaining assets in the Asset Management System including but not limited to mobile phones, laptops, SIM cards etc
  • Responsible for the removal of retired equipment
  • Responsible for checking invoices and deliveries against purchase orders
  • New Starters - Ensure that the relevant equipment and relevant accounts for new starters are available and prepared in time as part of their on-boarding process
  • Leavers - Ensure that all leaver equipment is returned in a timely manner
  • Generating reports - Preparing reports, overviews, executive summaries and consolidating documents
  • Assist with various small and medium projects, organising tasks and keeping track of project timelines as required
