What You'll Be Doing
  • In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities for growth. Key aspects include:
    • Building relationships with key decision-makers through regular meetings, updates, and on-site visits.
    • Understanding each client's challenges and recommending tailored solutions with support from technical specialists.
    • Acting as the internal voice of the client, ensuring their needs and priorities are clearly communicated.
    • Supporting renewals, spotting upsells potential and safeguarding recurring revenue.
    • Collaborating with marketing on client communications and campaigns.
    • Assisting with proposal creation, procurement requests, and contract documentation.
    • Guiding clients on security, compliance, GDPR updates, and best-practice processes.
