Managing Finances: Invoicing Assistant at Kingdom Group. We are looking for an Invoicing Assistant to join the Finance Team on a permanent basis. The Invoicing Assistant will support the Finance Team to ensure accuracy and organisation with our systems and databases, resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with key stakeholders. This is an opportunity to shape how we work, ensuring that we are committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all of our customers.

The Role

As an Invoicing Assistant, you will:

  • Review invoices for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Reconcile employee expenses and company card transactions.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding payments, invoice queries, to follow up on outstanding invoices and to address and resolve any discrepancies or disputes relating to invoices.
