Job Profile Summary

The Client Services team is responsible for providing high quality support to Man’s client base globally. The team performs a wide range of duties including handling client queries, assisting in pitch presentation, marketing materials, DDQs/RFPs and reporting. As such the team plays a vital role in all aspects and stages of the client experience provided by the business and is fundamental to the firm’s on-going and future success.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day contact with internal and external clients, facilitating their requirements and coordinating internal support where required
  • Create, edit and manage RFPs (and associated databases) for corporate and product related solutions to an excellent standard
  • Create, format, and edit pre and post sales marketing materials (including presentations, factsheets, ad hoc materials) at both a corporate, product and client level
  • Assist with client reporting requirements as required
  • Work with the wider client services team to manage the entire client experience from initial pitch through to launch
  • Assist the wider team in the production and checking of internal and external client portfolio analysis requirements
  • Involvement in a variety of client focused projects
Key Skills & Experience
  • Interest in client service and relationship management, with a willingness to learn about the hedge fund industry and asset management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) with eagerness to develop advanced skills
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with an eye for design and formatting
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Enthusiastic, proactive learner with a professional attitude
