Duties
  • Entering our Retail Insurance Customers' Vehicle SMART repair bookings on our internal IT Computer System (Big Change). Full hands on training will provided.
  • Liaising with our customers on the telephoneand our SMARTRepair Technicians on the telephone.
  • Updating the system when repairs have been confirmed with our retail customers and synchronising with our technicians' online diaries.
  • Dealing with incoming calls, email enquiries and Whats App messages all day.
  • Making outgoing calls to customers and technicians to arrange appointments.
Experience

Microsoft Office experience is essential, also attention to detail. Good geographical knowledge of the UK - particularly, North-West, Midlands, South-East, South Coast.
