Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Coordinators for installations.
• Plan and delegate daily duties including handling customer queries.
• Co-ordinate and deliver installation-related activities.
• Manage team schedules and workloads per service level agreements.
• Compile and create reports on team performance.
