We are now seeking an experienced and highly organised Installations Coordinator to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless delivery of installation projects for our customers, working closely with third‑party service providers and internal teams to maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new installation orders and manage the installation diary for allocated customer accounts.
• Oversee the project management of all installation work and key account projects.
• Liaise with third‑party installers across the UK to coordinate resources and maintain service quality.
• Confirm installation details, including location and type, and manage the process from start to finish.
• Verify product kit requirements and ensure Vehicle Installation Guides are issued.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, installers, and internal stakeholders throughout each project.
• Review job sheets submitted by field engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers and Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Keep installation records accurate and up to date within the company's bespoke system.
• Produce timely and relevant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and organise resources to meet the installation pipeline and customer demand.
• Support diary management for VisionTrack engineers to ensure required QC audits are completed.
• Validate and review supplier costings, including weekly cost checks.

Additional Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
• Collaborate with other business units and participate in cross‑department meetings.
• Build knowledge of various installation types and vehicle specifications.
• Carry out ad‑hoc tasks as required to support customer service and operational needs.
