Sunswap is seeking a dedicated Installation Engineer to lead our critical installation process at one of our largest client’s production facilities.
In this pivotal role, your primary focus will be driving customer satisfaction by ensuring installations are completed in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and OEM standards. You will manage and oversee on-site repairs as needed, while ensuring 100% on-time installation completion and seamless customer delivery.
As the leader of day-to-day operations at one of our major client’s production facilities, you will oversee every stage of the installation process. This includes allocating tasks, ensuring the highest standards of work and quality, and managing the delivery logistics. You will also be responsible for handling ‘goods-in’ and ‘goods-out’ processes, maintaining accurate delivery records, and ensuring effective on-site stock control.
