We’re growing—and seeking a results‑driven Inside Sales Associate to support our UK & Ireland operations and drive sales excellence. Based in our UK head office, this is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team’s journey to become the go‑to people for respiratory diagnostics. This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic sales professional who is driven to succeed and contribute within a growing business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive sales of Vitalograph and 3rd‑party respiratory products and services
  • Generate leads via inbound inquiries and proactive outreach (calls, emails)
  • Qualify prospects and route them to field sales when needed
  • Prepare accurate quotes, close deals, and hit targets
  • Follow up on overdue service visits and upsell solutions
  • Provide outstanding customer care, resolving queries and complaints
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales activities
  • Collaborate across sales, service, and marketing teams
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal processes
  • Participate in reports, forecasts, and team meetings
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ GCSEs (including English) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year’s previous sales experience
  • Knowledge of the UK respiratory market a plus
  • Strong communication, cold‑calling, and sales skills
  • High attention to detail and organisation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
