A leading sports support organization in Sheffield is seeking a Service Desk Agent for a full-time role. You will provide high-quality technical support, ensuring issues are logged accurately and assisting in the administration of Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The role is expected to last until March 31, 2026, with applications closing on November 30, 2025.

A snapshot of the role
Join the UKSI Information Systems (IS) team and play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support across the organisation. You will provide high‑quality assistance, advice and request fulfilment via phone, email and other channels, as well as hands‑on support at our sites.
You’ll ensure all issues are logged accurately within our online Ticketing System, escalating incidents where required and working collaboratively with S2 resolvers to maintain service performance.
The role also includes administering Azure Active Directory and MS Exchange, alongside troubleshooting across the Microsoft 365 suite.
