A UK educational institution is seeking an Infohub Helpdesk Coordinator in Aberdeen City to manage the reception and support student queries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in customer service, contributing to an efficient service for all undergraduate and postgraduate students. Infohub Helpdesk Coordinator, People (SUP185S)
The post-holder will be a member of the Infohub Helpdesk Team which is the first point of contact for all student queries related to the student experience. As such, the post holder will work to ensure the efficient running of the Infohub reception and enquiries service for all undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will also provide administrative support to the Infohub on a daily basis dealing with emails, letter requests, ID card production and general administration. In addition, you will also provide administrative support to the Head of Experience, Engagement & Wellbeing as required.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ideally experience in a customer service environment. The successful candidate will be diligent, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of the student experience and the challenges students may face would be highly beneficial.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 3 scale, £25,255 per annum.
