A local educational institution in the Borough of Swale is seeking a proactive Site Manager to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the school premises. This hands-on role involves overseeing building maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations. Infiniti School, based in Doddington, Kent, is set on an amazing site with lovely grounds. We are seeking to appoint a proactive, reliable and versatile Site Manager who will take pride in the appearance, safety and smooth running of our school site.
This is a key role in ensuring that our school is a safe, secure, clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
The Site Manager will oversee the day to day management of the school premises, including buildings and grounds maintenance, health and safety compliance, security and supporting the smooth operation of the school.
You will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders and the Business Manager.
This is a practical, hands‑on role, requiring a proactive approach to site management and the ability to respond efficiently to maintenance and operational needs.

Previous experience of working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
