Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in high performance rowing as a coach, selector, athlete, or manager.
• Ability to assess multiple data sources including matrices and seat racing.
• Strong judgement and ability to remain unbiased.

Responsibilities

• Attend major trials and relevant assessments as defined in the annual Performance Strategy.
• Review selection evidence, including athlete data and selection results.
• Support a culture of fairness and transparency.
