About The Role

Apply your Administration Skills to Support Inclusive Learning and Empower Student Success

As an Inclusive Learning Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support service for the ALS department. You will work collaboratively with the Head of Inclusive Learning to ensure administrative processes are informed by smart working practices so they can be the best they can be to meet the changing demands of a busy department. This will include supporting with annual reviews for students with an Educational Health Care Plan and liaising with the local Authority.

Hours per week: 22.5 (Mon, Tues, Wed)

Salary per year: £15,087

About You

You will have a good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft applications including Excel and be able to collate data quickly when needed.

  • Work effectively with completing priorities to tight deadlines
  • Work effectively with IT systems to upload and prepare reports
  • Work effectively with financial documents and systems including ordering and invoicing.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and able to identify issues in documents, processes and procedures
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Be able to keep accurate records (filing) and take accurate notes/minutes of meetings
  • Have a good knowledge of assistive technology and its application to aid communication and learning
  • Actively contribute to the College’s Safeguarding and PREVENT practice, procedures, culture and ethos
  • Have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Have Administration of Medication Level 2 or willingness to undertake this in role.
