Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a legal environment, in-house or private practice.
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.
  • Ability to assist in legal research and monitor external legal spend.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate simple legal agreements and assist in legal document preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure post-completion matters of agreements are attended.
  • Help maintain and produce trackers and reports as required.
