From phones to smart home devices, we care for the tech that powers everyday life.As part of our continued growth Likewize is expanding its award-winning services, providing customers with even more choice, and extending the lifecycle of millions of devices.**Primary Responsibilities:**As a Mobile Repair Technician, you will work in our onsite repair centre and perform various tasks such as:* Replacing or repairing buttons, ports, batteries, screens, phone casing and other parts of different devices* Diagnosing faults on devices using visual inspections, manual tests and diagnostic software* Carrying out repairs with care and attention using magnetic screwdrivers, tweezers and other essential tools* Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and following all health and safety procedures* Keeping up to date on the latest devices via our training platform* Completing quality control checks using a visual inspection checklist and quality control software* Respecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and procedures**Role Requirements:**To be successful in this role, you should have:* A keen eye for detail and a desire to always learn* The ability to multitask and work as a team player* Good communication skills and a positive attitude* Previous experience in mobile repair or a similar fieldAt Likewize, we care about you and your progression.
