The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Site Hygiene Manager to lead our hygiene function across three factories, including high-risk and low-risk facilities. You will ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, manage cleaning operations, and maintain audit readiness 24/7. This is a key leadership role focused on compliance, continuous improvement, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the hygiene team to maintain and improve site hygiene standards.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, SOPs, and risk assessments across all areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety legislation, HACCP, BRC, and GMP requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hygiene processes and reduce contamination risks.
• Manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and resources effectively while supporting audit readiness.
