Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced HSE Lead (projects) to join their QHSE team. This full-time role involves overseeing key client contracts, promoting a culture of safety, and managing HSE best practices. Candidates must have experience in the Oil and Gas sector, valid offshore certification, and relevant HSE qualifications. This position offers a flexible hybrid working model, requiring some routine offshore visits and immediate availability for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Educated to standard grade level or equivalent, with a pass in Maths & English.
• Previous experience in a similar role within Oil and Gas/Energy Sector.
• Valid offshore certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive HSE leadership for all contracts on HSE issues.
• Attend Step change events as appropriate.
• Participate in Incident investigations, leading as necessary.
• Assist Projects with coordination and return of client required HSE Information.
